These are fully matured coconuts but while de-husking, the husk is left intact over the “eyes” of the coconut. This is a sensitive area, and by protecting it we can increase the shelf life of the coconut as the area susceptible to decay is protected.

Processed from the fresh coconuts, our Semi Husked Coconut are ideal for various culinary purposes. They are procured from trees that are grown on extremely fertile soil that are free from any kind of diseases or pest attacks.

Manufacturing Process

We select coconuts one by one by separating them according to the existing standard procedure. Coconut raw materials that do not meet the criteria will be separated and not included in the next process. the next stage, we peel the coconut and also separate it according to sizes ranging from small to super. This classification is very important because it will get the appropriate size in the classification process of each size.
  After the size classification process has been completed, it enters the quality control process, which will carry out the checking, cleaning, and packaging processes on the packaging. This maintains the quality of the coconuts we produce to produce the best quality and prevents rot or fungal growth in the coconut area, and even prevents rapid shoot growth.
  After the quality control and packaging have been completed, the final stage will be carried out, namely port delivery in the process of shipping to buyers at the port of the destination country. We are very selective in the production process so as to produce high quality coconut.
